  This YMCA in Manlius has changed my impression about the Y. I have moved from the South where I have been an active member of Y for more than a decade. The staff at Y in the south were always friendly and try to help members. But the staff at this Manlius Y, except a young male guy, are extremely rude and very unfriendly. The manager and other female staff usually deal with customers in a very arrogant way and their answers are usually curt. This is an extremely unfriendly place, and I hate the staff at this Y.
  Many friends of mine hope to see a new manager at this Y.
